We handle the build in three two-week sprints with UAT after each. Authentication and white-labelling first, then multilingual support and hired candidate data sync, then production setup. We finish with a final UAT and go-live.
Post-launch, you stay in touch with a named integration engineer across Slack, email, video, and project management tooling. Regular weekly meetings assess system performance, surface feedback, and inform the roadmap.
